About Us

Proinspect is a small family owned inspection company serving the entire Phoenix Metro area and parts of Northern Arizona. Not only do they specialize in residential inspections, but also commercial and new construction, including Pre-drywall inspections.

Proinspect believes in providing excellence by being authentic, innovative, customer service oriented, open to change and by embracing technology to equip the client with as much knowledge and comfort as possible.

The founder, Dylan Bucknavich, brings years of experience to the industry as a framer and home builder. After graduating from Suntech and becoming certified to inspect homes in 2005, he studied Building Safety Technology at Scottsdale Community College to become even more familiar with building codes and standards. He is also licensed through the AZOPM to perform Termite Inspections, and carries a Part 107 License through the FAA for Drone operation. Although the exact number is unknown, he has performed well over 4000 inspections to date.

Dylan met Sara in 2010 and they have been married since 2012. Sara assists in the daily operations of Proinspect, helping with client needs and scheduling. She has a Masters Degree in Speech Pathology and worked with people of all ages and with many types of challenges. She brings that level of care for people into her work at Proinspect.

They are originally from the Midwest (Detroit & Chicago), have 2 children, and love experiencing all that Arizona has to offer.
